Remember to use the same loading for all 4 sets. Let try to increase our weight at least 5lbs. More if possible. 
*focus on keeping the feet grounded in the loading phase, driving through the heels with the legs and hips. Keep the midline connected, rib cage pulled down and don’t lean back as the bar travels overhead.

On the Minute x 15

Minute 1 – 20 Wallballs (20/14) 
Minute 2 – 7 Box Jumps (30″/24″)

Minute 3 – 5 Power Cleans (climbing in weight every round)

*5 full cycles of the above triplet, climbing steadily in weight on the power clean.
-On the wallballs, be done by the 45s mark. If we are still working on reps at that time, let’s move on to the following station. 
-On the box jumps, notice that these as higher than usual. 
-On the power cleans, start at a very manageable load, and post the heaviest completed set of 5 power cleans to the leaderboard below.
