*remember the weight you used last week and let’s bump it up 5-10 lbs this week. Work up to this weight at complete all 4 sets with the same load.
5 Rounds:

12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Push Jerks

Rx – 155/105
-if scaling this, choose a weight that you could complete 1 full round unbroken, IF YOU HAD TO. Try for the load you choose to be slightly heavier than a moderate load.
