Gymnastics work

A) Hspu Test -1 set of Max Strict Handstand push ups 

This is for us to establish a baseline of where we are with our handstand push ups. If you’re not able to do them strict, choose one of the following scales. Upon choosing the appropriate scale, you should pick something that is challenging but that you can get at least 5 unbroken. 
1) Pike Pushups with toes on box
2) Pike Pushups with knees on box

3) Pike Pushups on floor

4) Pushups

B) Strict pull up test -1 set of max effort strict pull-ups 

If we do not yet have 2+ strict pull-ups, use a band that allows what you believe to be somewhere around 5-8 repetitions, and complete a max effort with that. 
Conditioning 

“Down Under”

3 Rounds:

50 Double-unders

12 burpees 

50 Calorie Bike

2 Rounds:

50 Double-unders

12 burpees 

35 Calorie Bike

1 Round:

50 Double-unders

12 burpees 

20 Calorie Bike

*bike is not a part of the rounds.
