Strength

Front Squat:

1X5@70%, 1X5@80%, 1XME@90% – rest 2:00
Conditioning 

Alternating EMOM for 20:00 of:  

Even – 1,2,3,4,5* Deadlifts 315/205#  
Odd – 6TTB + 6 Box Jump Overs 24/20” (face the box – touch on top – turn after landing – NO rebounding) 
 *The 1,2,3,4,5 Deadlifts mean ascending reps through the first 5 rounds, then back down to 1, then 2, then 3, etc., to finish
