ME Kipping pull ups. 

-This is a Max effort, unbroken set . As soon as you loose grip or hop down, the set is broken. Make sure you are nice and warm before making attempts. Can do these at anytime during ohs work.

Conditioning 

20:00 AMRAP of:

8 Wall Walks
40 KB Swings 24/16kg
40″ walking lunges (grey wall to red wall and back.)
