Barbell

5X1 Hang Clean (from power position) + 1 Push Press + 1 Hang Clean (from power position) + 2 Push Jerks + 1 Hang Clean (from power position) + 3 Split Jerks @ 80% of max for the complex – rest 2:00

Conditioning 

6 rounds of total reps in 24 minutes of:

1 min or rowing 

1 min of burpees

1 min of double unders

1 min rest

*try to score as many reps as possible on each movement. Don’t game it 🙂
