Couple of schedule announcements guys…

This Thursday 9:00 will be cancelled and no Saturday 9:00 this weekend. 

Apparently all of the coaches need to take some personal time 😊😊😊. Thank you all for being understanding and allowing us to do that!! We love our members, y’all are the best gym on the planet! And we don’t take you for granted!! 

Weightlifting 

EMOM for 6:00 (7 total reps)-

1 Hang Snatch (from Power Position) + 1 Hang Snatch (from just above knee) @ 80% of max from last week across

Conditioning 

5 rounds of:

7 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95#
14 TTB
21 KBS 24/16kg

Rest 1:00 between rounds.

ADVANCED

5 rounds of:

7 Shoulder to Overhead 185/125#
14 TTB
21 KBS 32/24kg
Rest 1:30 between rounds.
