Strength 

1a) 5X5 Paused Front Squats (3 count pause in bottom) – work to a 5rm, rest 90 sec.

1b) 5X5 Strict Pullups (supinated grip, underhanded)- work to a heavy but UB set of 5, rest 90 sec. 
*weighted if possible 

Conditioning

42 wall balls

21 Burpees

30 wall balls

15 Burpees

18 wall balls

9 Burpees
