5X3 T&G Power Clean & Push Jerk @ 70% of 1rm Power Clean & Push Jerk – rest 90 

Conditioning 

3 or 5 rounds for time of:

10 OHS 115/75
15 Push Ups

10 burpees box jump overs 24/20

*If you choose to do 3 rounds, you have to cash out either 2 k row, 1200 m run (that’s three 400’s, if it’s not raining), 100 cal AD or 75 tgt burpees to 6″ tgt. If you choose to do 5 to rounds rest 1:00 between rounds.
