EMOM for 7:00-
2 T&G Power Clean & Push Jerks – begin around 75% of max PC&PJ and work to a max double for the day
Conditioning:

25 6″ Target Burpees
15 Hang Power Cleans 155/115#
25 6″ Target Burpees
7/5 Muscle-Ups
*scale for mu’s= banded mu’s or 20 ring dips
