3 Position Snatch (power position, hang, floor) – 5×1@70%, rest as needed

Conditioning

5 rounds 

ME pull ups 

Run 400 m

Rest 90 seconds between rounds

*ME go until your arms fall off. You can not drop and start again. You may hang and re-grip but once you drop that’s it. Shoot for the same number or close to it, every round.
