Okay folks, some BIG announcements to make!
1- I’m super excited to finally be able to formally call Chad “Bebo” Jones a CrossFit 318 Coach! He will officially start coaching at the gym full time next Monday! It’s no secret, that he’s been a Crossfitter for several years now, but he’ll officially be joining me as the other full time 318 coach! I’m super excited to have him! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me along with this endeavor. That leads into the next announcement…
2- Along with our current 6 am schedule, we’ll be adding a 5 am! Yay!! The 5 am and 6 am will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
3- I’m also excited to announce the addition of Yoga Thursday’s! These will be instructed by the hottest, sweetest and long time CrossFiter/Yogi around town, Candy Latiolais! These will be at 9 am and 4:30 pm every Thursday!!
