Conditioning:

21-15-9 of:

C2B Pull-ups
KB clean and jerks 16k/12k

*with one kb perform 21 kb clean and jerks on the right side, 21 on the left and so on. 42, 30, 18, total. You may split them up however necessary to keep moving.
