These are the days you should work on the things you have trouble with, or do some focus work on problem areas, such as tight forearms that inhibit a good front rack position. Other suggestions may be, tight hips and hammies that cause your squat to be sub-par, thus affecting everything else you do or mobilize your lats, Achilles, calves etc. If you need help with any of this, don’t hesitate to ask!
