Take no more than 15 min to find 1 rm back squat. Allow for only 3 missed attempts.

Back squat 6 x 5 @ 85% of the above.

Conditioning:
AMRAP in 10 min:
15 Cal Airdyne
20 Alt Pistols
10 Alt Kb snatch (24/16)

*scale pistols on a box or as necessary. You may break kb snatches as desired.
