Strength:

1 RM Dead lift

Deadlift Clusters: 1.1.1 x 4 sets, rest 15 sec between singles, rest 2 min between sets. All sets performed @ 85% of max DL

Conditioning

Run 400 m x 6

Runs should be at @ 5 k pace. Rest 2 min btwn 400’s.

-Then-

4 rounds for time of:

8 HSPU
30 double unders

* preform the HSPU strict as long as possible and kip the rest of the set.
