Power Cleans: 6 x 2 @ 70% of your clean. rest 30 sec, drop all reps from the top.

Skill

One Leg Squat on edge of box x 6 e/l 5 seconds on the descent/1 sec. In bottom/1 sec. At the top. 3 sets, rest 2 min between sets.
