Rest day/make up day/stretching/mobility/goat work

If you didn’t do your 1 RM from yesterday, you need to find those.

Just a side note…Will worked on his muscle ups for about three weeks during these “goat work” days and it paid off Tuesday. So, if there is anything you struggle with, Thursdays are a good day to work on them. I will help you come up with a plan of action, wether it be a rep scheme, a particular work out etc.
