A) 2 Snatch from floor + 2hang snatch + OHS x 3 sets

*Work up to about 80% and then finish with a set of 1+1+1 of the above complex

B) Deadlift: 10 x 3 @ 50%-60%, rest 30 sec, ALL REPS ARE FAST

Conditioning:
5 sets:
30 sec ME pullups
30 sec rest
30 sec ME DU
30 sec rest
