Yes, it is technically a, working rest/make up/stretching/mobility/goat work, day. However, due to yesterday’s barbell and long WOD we (everyone) will be completing some strength and skill work. That being said, today will look like…

A) Back Squat: 4×8 @ 75%, rest 2 min

B) 3 x 5-10 Strict HSPU (or whatever your skill level will allow.) rest 90 sec
C) 3 x 8-10 Weighted Pullups (or whatever your skill level will allow.) rest 90 sec.

*work back and forth between HSPU and pull ups. #superset

Conditioning:
15 burpee, med-ball clean into wall ball 20/14
10 1/2 TGU (10 each side) 24/16
X 4
