2 cleans (from below the knee) + 1 take 10 min to find max of this complex THEN complete 4 singles every 45 sec using the max from above.

Skill

3 x 8 partner sit up med ball throws 20/14 (partners must be 6 ft apart.)

Conditioning
5 rounds for time:
30 Kb swings 24/16
20 Kb front squats
10 Kb push press (each)
