5 x 3 Snatch From power position @ Hip: work up to 70% before starting sets.

1) 4 x 5 Snatch High Pull @ max snatch

2) Strict HSPU 4 x 6 (deifict if possible)

*****Work back and forth between snatch high pulls and HSPU.

-then-

For time:

Run 800 meters
45 wall balls
30 pull ups
