Strength/barbell:
Work up to heavy 3 touch and go cleans in 12 min.

Skill:
Accumulate 3 min. FLR (front lean rest) on the rings.
Accumulate 3 min support holds on the rings.

*alternate between the two.

For time:

10 power cleans 115/55
15 box jumps 24/20
15 power cleans 135/75
15 box jumps 24/20
20 power cleans 155/115
15 box jumps 24/20

Or if you’re feeling good about it, 14.3

14.3 will be programmed for the gym on Monday.
