Conditioning:
EMOM for 7 min:

5 OHS (115/75)
20 du’s

-then- no rest

EMOM for 7 min:

4 Deadlift (255/165)
4 Burpee Over Bar

*if you must scale the weight, it needs to be light enough to ensure you can keep moving and finish within the minute and heavy enough that it’s still moderately difficult.
*have your plates out to move directly into the deadlift, burpee portion.
