Snatch High Pull 3 x 3 @ 80-90% sets, rest 60 sec

Conditioning:
3 min AMRAP of each of the following: rest 90 sec after each. Use one barbell @ 135/95

A) 10 Deadlift + 10 burpees
B) 8 Power Clean + 8 burpees
C) Shoulder to Overhead + 6 Burpees
D) Power Snatch + 4 Burpee

* if you need to drop the weight, try to use the same weight for every movement.
