1) EMOM for 5 minutes:
2 Hang Squat Cleans 80%
2) 1 rm back squat (no more than 3 attempts)
Take no more than 15 mins to warm up to what you think will be your max or close to it before you begin your 3 attempts.
12 minute AMRAP of:
20 Power Clean & Push Jerks 75/45#
15 Power Clean & Push Jerks 105/75#
10 Power Clean & Push Jerks 155/105#
Note: When all three rounds are completed, continue to repeat the final round for the duration of the AMRAP.
